Q1 – Create SEO Plan

  • Build or Take Over Website: Domain name, DNS, Hosting, Updates

  • Make sure Google is aware of the site and get Google feedback
  • Set up reporting: Google Analytics 4, Gargle Results Campaign Dashboard, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager Goals, Request manager access to Google Business Profile Manager for Gargle Results reporting.
  • Gather Data and Start Targeting Specific Keywords
  • Set Up and Analyze current on-page and off-page SEO
  • Review and Advise on Google My Business profile
  • Review Setup of Website and SEO plan
  • Begin SEO Accelerator Plan if Purchased: Keywords, Content, Link Building

 

Q2 – Execute SEO Plan

  • Confirm that the client has filled out the Services Survey and match that information with the existing content on the website. 
  • Evaluate the client’s first quarter’s new content pages and website to see if any services mentioned need service pages attached to them.
  • Create a list of organic keyword terms and phrases based on the client’s target area and audience research. 
  • Cross-Compare existing website content and research terms and phrases and compile a list of the most effective/relevant keywords based on your business/service/products.
  • Evaluate the metrics of the research terms and phrases and assign the keywords to relevant pages on the website.  
  • Add three pages of content for a minimum of two key phrases based on the metrics and organic SEO.
  • Link Building – Order two backlinks to a website with a domain authority of 10 or higher. Search engines, like Google or Bing, view backlinks as indicators of quality content that has the support of other websites.
  • Do on-page SEO for existing pages and blog posts on the website. On-page SEO includes optimizing your headlines, HTML tags (title, meta, and header), and images. On-page SEO improves a website’s search engine rankings and earns organic traffic. 

 

Q3 – Assess Results, Make Adjustments, and Continue SEO Plan

  • Evaluate the metrics of the research terms and assigned phrases for the three pages of content in the previous quarter. Note any changes in the Gargle Results Campaign Dashboard.
  • Add three pages of content for a minimum of two key phrases based on the metrics and organic SEO plan.
